Finerealty is a modern property management platform that helps owners and managers organize properties, tenants, documents, and tasks in one place.

the way you can keep tenants, docs, and tasks all in one view is honestly so clean, like it just removes that mental overhead of juggling tabs

@dnde8yg Thanks, really appreciate that! That was exactly one of our goals when designing the platform. We wanted everything related to a property-tenants, documents, tasks, and finances-to live in one place, so property managers don’t have to jump between different tools or tabs. There’s still a lot more to come, but we’re glad that approach already stands out.

A tenant-facing portal where renters can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, and view lease documents would be a nice addition. Right now it seems focused on the owner side, but giving tenants a direct login would cut down on the back-and-forth emails and phone calls for both parties.

@elagundogd52561 Thanks for the suggestion. That’s actually something we’re actively working on. We’re currently in the process of integrating Open Banking and selecting the right partner to enable secure transaction syncing and automated rent payment reconciliation.
A tenant portal is also on our roadmap. We see a lot of value in giving tenants their own login where they can submit maintenance requests, access lease documents, and manage rent payments. We agree that it would significantly reduce back-and-forth communication and make things easier for both tenants and property owners.

One thing I'd love to see is a built-in tenant messaging feature with read receipts and file attachments. Right now we juggle texts, emails, and WhatsApp for maintenance requests, and it gets messy fast. Having everything thread under the property record would save a ton of back-and-forth and keep a clean audit trail for landlords.

Have you considered adding a built-in tenant messaging feature so owners can send lease renewal reminders or maintenance updates directly through the platform. It would save a lot of switching between email and the dashboard.

@burakambaldh87 Thanks for the suggestion! Part of this already exists: maintenance coordination runs fully through the platform, tenants get an automatic email with a portal link where they can accept jobs and confirm appointment times, and you're notified of every response in the dashboard.
Direct owner-to-tenant messaging (like lease renewal reminders) isn't there yet, but the infrastructure for it is, so it's a natural next step. I've added it to our roadmap, thanks for the push.
