I built Finance Toolkit because every personal finance app I tried either wanted a subscription, required an account, or did one thing well and nothing else. So I built the app I actually wanted: β†’ Speak an expense out loud β€” "Spent 450 on fuel" β€” and it's logged. No tapping. β†’ Photograph a receipt and the amount, merchant, and category fill themselves. β†’ Import your bank statement (PDF or CSV) and 300+ AI keywords sort every transaction. β†’ 19 calculators covering home loans, SIP, income tax, NPS, FD, and more. β†’ Everything works offline. No account. No subscription. Ever. I'm a solo iOS developer and this took 12+ months of evenings and weekends. Every feature in the app β€” voice entry, biometric lock, 6 widgets, 9 languages, iCloud sync β€” is completely free. Would love honest feedback, especially on the calculators and voice expense flow

Β Building something over evenings and weekends takes real commitment. I just upvoted, and I respect the decision to keep everything offline with no subscription. Wishing you a strong launch and plenty of thoughtful feedback.

the voice expense entry paired with Siri shortcuts is a really thoughtful touch, makes logging feel almost effortless in the moment

Love that it works fully offline and skips the account signup, the receipt scanner actually pulled numbers correctly from a crumpled gas receipt I tested.

The voice expense entry actually worked pretty well on my first try, which surprised me. The offline-only setup with no account feels refreshing in a sea of apps that demand everything just to add a coffee purchase.
