Fieldwork - An open-source job-search cockpit you run yourself

by
Fieldwork replaces the job-search spreadsheet: pipeline kanban, a daily action queue, AI scorecards, a resume studio, interview prep, outreach drafts, and insights. Self-hosted on your own free Supabase project, so your data stays yours. MIT licensed.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built Fieldwork in the middle of my own job search, because I was drowning in the usual: a spreadsheet, sticky notes, and the constant background hum of did I ever follow up with them? A few decisions shaped everything: it's single-user by design — you run your own copy against a free Supabase project, and the schema locks every table to one owner. Your career record is the ceiling — the AI can rephrase what's true about you, but it can never invent a job you didn't have or a number you didn't hit. And drafts are never sent for you, every outreach message ends at a Copy button, because a human should decide what leaves. Also, because job searching is grim enough: there's a constellation view that draws your pipeline as a small universe. Every role is a star, and the further it advances, the closer it drifts to the glowing core. Dragging a card to Offer bursts into stars. It's MIT licensed, fork it, change it, make it yours. Happy to answer anything about the build (Astro + React + Supabase + Claude) or the design calls. ⭐
