What would make you trust an AI support agent on your website?
I’m launching Fetchply today, and this is the question I keep thinking about:
What would make you comfortable putting an AI support agent on your own website?
A lot of websites already have the answers visitors need, but they’re spread across docs, FAQs, policies, product pages, and help articles. The problem is not always missing information it’s that visitors can’t find it fast enough.
With Fetchply, I’m trying to make that simpler. You train an agent on your website, files, Q&A, and custom content, then visitors can just ask questions inside a chat widget.
I’m also working on Functions, so the agent can go beyond static content and call live APIs for things like order status, stock, bookings, account data, or delivery info.
But trust is the big part.
Would you trust this kind of agent on your site today?
And what would it need before you’d feel comfortable using it with real visitors?
