Fetch - Real-time next mark, bearing & rounding for yacht club races

by
Never lose a race to a navigation error again! Fetch comes pre-loaded with your club's official race courses, mark positions, sequence, and rounding directions from your race committee. Live next mark, bearing, distance, and port/starboard rounding, updating automatically each leg. No coordinates to enter. No chart to interpret under load. No course card that blows overboard. Built for club racers who need the right call at the right moment.

Hi everyone, Ignacio here. I built Fetch. I race keelboats on Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne as part of a crew. Over three seasons we made three navigation mistakes that cost us the race. Wrong mark in a fleet start, the whole fleet went right and we went left. Tacked away from the finish line in third place and dropped to sixth. Every time we had all the information. Instruments, a chart, years on that water. We still got it wrong. When the boat is moving, the skipper is calling and the pack is splitting around you there is no time to translate "I know the course" into "go there, now, round that way." I went looking for an app that just told you what to do next. Live, during the race, for the actual course you are on. Couldn't find one so I built it. We are still in testing and not in the App Store yet. Right now I am signing up partner clubs on Port Phillip Bay so their courses come pre-loaded for their members. If you want early access the waitlist is open at fetchthemark.com. Would love to connect with anyone in the sailing community, hear your feedback on the concept, or just chat about how you currently navigate on the water. What does your race day setup look like?
