How do you usually deal with a strong emotion when you can’t express it right away?

by

Sometimes something happens at work, in a conversation, or just in the middle of the day and you feel it strongly, but there is no real space to react.

Do you usually write it down, talk to someone, distract yourself, sit with it, draw, go for a walk, or just carry it with you until later?

I’m building FeelEase around the idea that different moments may need different ways to respond — sometimes expressing, sometimes noticing, sometimes exploring further.

Curious what people actually do in real life.
