Hey Product Hunt! I'm Ganesh, and I built FairOwe because every expense tracker I tried wanted either my SMS inbox or an hour of typing a day. FairOwe reads only the notifications your bank and payment apps post (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and more), parses them on your phone, and turns each one into a draft you confirm or throw away. It never asks for SMS permission, and the alert text never leaves your device. It also handles the other half of money with friends: groups for trips and flats, splits (equal, share, exact, percent), and debt simplification so four people settle in two payments instead of six. - Offline-first, syncs only the finished expense - 162 currencies (auto-capture reads Indian bank alerts, in rupees) - Delete account really deletes Free to use; Pro adds receipt scanning, exports, trips and no ads. It's Android-only for now. I'd love feedback on what you'd want next, and on which banks' alert formats I should add.
