Faheemly is built Arabic-first. It can understand regional dialects, answer using approved business knowledge, capture and qualify leads, and hand conversations over to human team members when needed. We focused on making setup simple: add your business knowledge, connect the channels you need, and start handling repetitive customer questions without building complex scripted chatbot flows.
