We built Ezer Laundry after working closely with laundry and dry-cleaning businesses and seeing how much of their daily work still depends on manual tracking, WhatsApp updates, paper slips, Excel sheets, and disconnected billing tools. For a laundry business, the challenge is not just creating an order. The real challenge is managing the complete operation — pickup, delivery, garment tracking, pricing, payments, staff work, customer communication, reports, and repeat customers — without confusion. That is what we are trying to solve with Ezer Laundry. Ezer Laundry is a cloud-based Laundry POS and business management platform built for laundromats, dry cleaners, wash-and-fold businesses, and laundry chains. It helps businesses manage orders, customers, services, payments, delivery schedules, invoices, staff, and reports from one place. While building this, our focus was simple: make the software practical for real laundry operations, not just another billing tool.
