Hey everyone 👋 Haven't had an update in a while but this is something I've been working on and really wanted to share with you all. I built EZCV because I was genuinely tired of resume builders that trap your data behind a monthly subscription just when you want to export, or that try to force an AI to write your career history for you. I wholeheartedly agree with using AI where it makes sense, but I feel like a CV is part of who you are. I just wanted a tool that gets out of the way, gives me a good design framework, and lets me write my own stuff. So, EZCV is basically just that. You get a split-view editor so you see exactly what the PDF will look like as you type. I added a bunch of customization (hex colors, fonts, drag-and-drop sections, multi-language spellcheck) so you can cater it to your preferences. It's free to build and export (with a small watermark). If you want to support the project, drop the watermark, and get a custom public link, it's a one-time "pay what you want" starting at $3. I really didn't want to do the whole recurring subscription thing for an app people only use once in a while. Take it for a spin and let me know what you think! I'll be hanging around here all day to answer questions, take suggestions, or fix whatever bugs you might run into.

Hello again!

I've just pushed an update that revamps the whole onboarding and helps with getting into building your CVs and exporting them as quick as possible, this should lead to a much more intuitive process.

I've also simplified the landing page and moved the legal documents on their own pages, while adding some previews of the templates.

Let me know what you think about the changes and if there's anything the app can do better!
