Hi Product Hunt 👋 We started building Evertree after realizing something simple: every family has stories worth preserving, but most of us don't know what to ask until it's too late. We experimented with family trees, photo albums, and timelines, but the biggest challenge wasn't storing memories. It was starting meaningful conversations. One thing that would help a lot is being able to invite specific relatives to answer certain prompts directly through the app, like sending grandma a question she gets as a notification. Right now it kind of feels like one person has to sit there and interview everyone, which breaks the flow especially if you're trying to capture stories from older family members who aren't super tech savvy.

The AI-guided questions actually got my dad opening up about his childhood, which never happens. Wish the photo organization was a bit more flexible, but the voice recording feature is a really thoughtful touch.

Tried it out with a few prompts about my grandmother and was surprised how natural the conversation flow felt. The voice recording feature is a really thoughtful touch for capturing how people actually sounded.
