In the past, I ran a design studio, and my main problem was the lack of knowledge about where my business stood on any given day and at any given time. The information I received at the end of each month from my accountant was not accurate from a business perspective. Thanks to the tool I initially created for my own needs: I reduced the time spent preparing estimates that aren't always commercialized. I was able to assess my actual hourly rate and whether the estimated time matched the actual time spent during project execution. I streamlined client reporting at the end of each month and the invoicing process. All of this is integrated into one application and one environment. The entire process — from estimating, through execution, to reporting. Over time, I added kanban boards that can be converted into projects based on estimates. Additionally, I incorporated all the features provided by other agile product suppliers, integrating them with the remaining modules in your FLOW. You can convert an estimate into a kanban board with tasks in just one click, and then immediately start tracking time from within the board. Finally, I simplified the UX and added a user-friendly UI, leaving only what is essential for freelancers
