What's the hardest part of buying a business?
We're launching EquityLift OS on Product Hunt.
We built it around the process of targeting, managing, evaluating and acquiring a business.
I would love to hear from people or investors who are actively acquiring companies especially boring traditional companies, have acquired one before or considering their first acquisition as part of their wealth or value creation strategy.
What’s the hardest part of the acquisition process for you?
Is it finding the right businesses, assessing opportunities, analysing financials, valuation, due diligence, financing, negotiating the deal, or knowing what to do once you take over?
We’re building EquityLift OS around the real-world acquisition journey, so I’d genuinely value hearing where the process currently feels slow, confusing, fragmented, or unnecessarily difficult.
What part of buying a business would you most like to have a better system for?
