Hi Product Hunt! ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm Eugen, maker of eatlete - a completely free fitness app: workout tracker, food diary, and an AI assistant in one. It didn't start as a product. I built it as a companion app for a personal coach and his clients โ€” they logged workouts and sent him a one-tap daily report. That layer (coach chat + daily report) is still there. But not everyone trains with a coach, so it grew into a full self-coaching app. The core design decision โ€” we call it honest auto-progression: eatlete will never adjust your working weight for you. You do one max-effort test, and the reps you measured become the ceiling of your program, not the demand. From workout to workout the app moves only your target reps; the weight stays yours โ€” the app just tells you when it's time to add plates. You can even flip an exercise between bodyweight and weighted progression (hello, belted dips). Verdi, the AI assistant, follows the same rule: every suggestion โ€” a workout for your level and equipment, a recipe, a meal plan for your goal โ€” is a card you apply or decline with one tap. It proposes; you decide. What's inside: a 1,300+ exercise catalog, build-your-own training days, workout history with an activity heatmap, resumable sessions, a food diary with barcode scanner and a 2M+ product database (built on Open Food Facts) tracking calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber, a daily goal from your profile, meal planning, weight and body measurements with charts, before/after photos, steps via Apple Health, daily rings and a streak flame โ€” and measurement day staged as a boss fight ๐ŸŽฎ. Six languages: English, Ukrainian, French, German, Spanish, Russian. Why free? There used to be a paywall - we switched it off entirely. No trial, no subscriptions, no ads; everything above is open to everyone. Roadmap: iOS is on the App Store now (). Android and an Apple Watch app are built and in final testing - coming, no dates promised. I'd love your take on the progression model - is โ€œmeasured reps are a ceiling, the weight is always yoursโ€ the right call? And what should I build next? โ€” Eugen, made in Ukraine ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
