@labai_limited Yes, you can either use the inbuilt questions or create your own customized questions. Matching rules are also customizable to suit your specific scenarios.
@darlo_ogz Currently, I mentor a group of tweens. If we were ever to take a trip out of town for an exercise, would Easypairing be able to completely allocate rooms to my girls, notify their parents and get them signed up if I were to provide their names?

This seems to be very helpful in negating future conflicts, are the use cases customizable? How do you send participants questionnaires?

The use cases are customizable to suit your needs and the application automatically sends the questionnaires to the participants as soon as the project is started. Participants can answer and submit their responses until the end time set by the project owner.

Data security is critical, especially in education.
Our approach:
All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
Hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Railway/AWS)
Participants only share what's needed for matching (no SSN, financial info)
Surveys are customizable - admins control what's asked
Data is organization-specific (no cross-institution sharing)
Most sensitive data (names, emails) is only visible to the admin running the matching - the algorithm just sees compatibility factors.

Congratulations on the launch! This is a solid take on a problem that keeps popping up in schools, programs, and orgs once the group size grows. I like that the product isn’t locked into one use case and instead lets organizers define what “good matching” means for them. This can save teams a lot of back-and-forth and manual effort.
