What we're building next in Dwelly (and why)

We launched with the core features families told us they needed most: shared calendar, expense splitting, inventory, maintenance tracking, and checklists.
But the roadmap is full and we're making prioritization decisions right now. A few things we're exploring:
Guest access (for when you rent the property out occasionally)
Mobile notifications for booking conflicts
A simple "house manual" section for recurring guests or new co-owners
We'd love to hear what would make the biggest difference for you. What's the feature that would make you actually open the app every week?

If you co-own a vacation home, what's the thing that always falls through the cracks?

We've heard a lot of answers to this: the grocery list nobody updates, the booking that overlaps by one day, the repair that gets reported in a text and forgotten forever.

We built Dwelly to be the one place where none of that gets lost. But we're curious what it looks like for other families.

How a lake house and a frustrated 11-year-old turned into an app

We co-own a lake house with two other families. It's one of our favorite things in the world and also, for a while, one of our biggest headaches.

Double bookings. Group texts that spiraled into nothing. Showing up to find the fridge empty. Maintenance issues that fell through the cracks because nobody remembered who was handling it.

Dwelly - The app for families who co-own a vacation home.

Dwelly replaces the group text chaos that comes with co-owning a vacation home. One app for reservations, expenses, inventory, shopping lists, maintenance, and checklists. Every co-owner stays in the loop without the endless back and forth. Built by a family for families. Our 11-year-old son Harris built the first version after watching our lake house become a coordination nightmare. It worked so well we thought other families might need it too. 14-day free trial.
