Dwel reports time in status, time per assignee, cycle time, lead time and status ageing. Any number opens up: click it and you see the changelog transitions behind it, with entry and exit timestamps and the assignee at each step. Durations always say which calendar they used, so a business day is never mixed up with a 24-hour day.
