We started with Dubb video to preivew critical social media releases- people loved it! Then we used to address customer service requests to be clear and personal with our responses- that helped us a ton!
Pros:
Easy interface, analytics- but most of all we love the impact and reaction from customers about the tech!
Cons:
These folks are totally cool about the product road map and are adding stuff all the time.

Pros:
Definitely having fun with it. GREAT to see when someone opens the video and see if they actually watched it.
Cons:
A little confusing to set up. I know there are videos (duh - to explain it ... but it's a lot). Look forward to getting past that!

I'm loving the interface and ease of use. I even created a course on a recent discovery through Linkedin posts and follow up. I know there are a few things that will evolve and I love the ability to use the mobile interface to post and share ideas.

I'd like to see a little more refining in the dashboard area. But clients don't see that, so it doesn't matter overall!
