Dubb is very reliable and fast as an app / tool and Heather from support is super helpful. It is now a go to tool everyday.
Pros:
super easy to use with chrome, just enough design and branding flexibility and my clients love my quick visual replies.
Cons:
Still not super clear on how to setup and use campaigns and the animations. No team just a solo user.
They are constantly adding more to their platform and are so responsive to community feedback. Its refreshing to see people with personality not behaving like used car salesmen and trying to upsell you to death. They offer so much for what they charge its unbelievable they stay in buisness.

The product is amazing and getting better. It has too many applications to mention. All I have to say is one of the best tools that I have today. @rubendua when will the CNAME will be fully operational? That is the only question that I have. BTW, thank you for all the great content that you are providing to your customers.

If we get an option to edit videos it will be great

We will have a cutting option coming soon (on top of our existing trimming feature), but aside from that I'm not sure if the world needs another video editor! Thoughts?

Have been using dubb for a while now. Really like sales integration they have built, custom gifs and offcourse the automations.
Definately there is room for improvement around dashboard UX.

Honestly, the founder listens to his customers and is constantly adding features demanded.
