What 'grounded AI' actually means when you have built it from scratch, and what it does not mean
We use the phrase 'grounded AI' in dolv and I want to explain what we mean by it, because it gets used loosely.
What it means in dolv:
Every answer, draft, and action starts by reading your connected context. Your company profile. Your playbooks. Your knowledge base. Your live funnel data. Your campaigns and objectives in flight.
The AI does not start from the open internet. It starts from your business.
What it does not mean:
It does not mean the model never makes mistakes. It does not mean you should skip the approval step. It does not mean the output is always correct just because it is grounded.
What it means in practice:
When dolv drafts outreach, it knows who you sell to, what you claim, what content has worked before, and what stage that contact is in. The output is still a draft. You still approve it. But it is a draft you would actually send, not a generic template with your company name inserted.
