The conversation that made us realize fragmentation was the real problem, not missing AI features

by•

Early on, we thought GTM teams needed better AI. Better outputs, better recommendations, smarter suggestions.

Then a head of growth said something that stuck:

'The AI is not the problem. I have 12 different AI outputs from 12 different tools and I am still the integration layer. I am the one copying things between them.'

That was the shift.

The problem was not the quality of any individual tool. It was that no single workspace could hold the whole picture: the deal, the visit, the campaign, the budget, the post. So the person doing the work was spending their time as a human data pipe instead of making decisions.

We redesigned everything around closing that loop, not around producing better AI outputs.
