What document types do you deal with most and what frustrates you about reviewing them?

Hey Product Hunt šŸ‘‹

I'm the maker of DocuMindAI — an AI tool that analyzes contracts, leases, reports, and policy docs so you can understand what's actually in them without reading every line.

The idea came from a simple, recurring pain: I kept getting handed vendor contracts, lease agreements, and board reports where I needed the key facts fast — what are the obligations? What are the risks? What are the deadlines I'll regret missing? And a general-purpose chatbot just wasn't built for that kind of repeat, structured work.

So I built something focused:

- Upload a PDF, DOCX, or text file

- Get a structured summary with risks, obligations, key dates, and action items

- Ask follow-up questions and get source-backed answers tied to the actual document

- Save analyses so you can return to them later (not just a one-off chat that disappears)

What I'd love your input on:

1. What types of documents do you find yourself reviewing repeatedly at work?

2. What's the most frustrating part of that process today?

3. Is there a specific output or feature you'd want that I haven't built yet?

I'm actively building and your feedback directly shapes what gets prioritized. Happy to answer any questions about how it works, what's coming, or why I made specific decisions.
