Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Ronny, the developer of Docktopus. The idea behind it is pretty simple: bring the little tools you reach for throughout the day into one place, and give you more freedom over how your Mac desktop looks and works. The dock is the starting point, with window previews, clipboard history, and widgets you can arrange yourself. The Dynamic Island gives you another place to reach music, files, calendar events, and controls—even without a notch. Some features go a bit further. Time Spent helps you figure out where your day went. Remembrance helps you find something you remember seeing on screen by searching locally recognized text. The audio mixer lets you turn down one app without turning everything else down. With that many features, choice matters. You can keep a small dock with a few useful widgets or build a fuller setup. Activity tracking and Remembrance are off by default, and their histories stay on your Mac. There are also dev server tools, a color picker, Coffee, and plenty of smaller utilities. And yes, there’s a Windows 95 theme alongside Liquid Glass and CDE. 🙂 You can try it before buying. Launch pricing is $19.99, one-time for two Macs, including a year of updates. Covered versions remain usable afterward without a subscription. I’d love to hear which parts would earn a place in your daily setup—and where things feel confusing or get in your way. Thanks for taking a look!
