One offline app for the visit, the bill, and the profit
Independent doctors do not have a hospital IT team. They still run a clinic and a small business. Records, notes, prescriptions, appointments, invoices, and profit usually live in different apps, plus a spreadsheet. Cloud tools add a subscription and a dependency on the internet.
DigiSpherEMR V2 puts that workflow on one Windows PC. Open the patient, write the SOAP note, print the A5 prescription, book the next visit, invoice the consultation, log the expense, and see revenue and profit. Everyday work stays local, with backup and restore. One payment, not a monthly seat. Inventory is included on the two-PC license.
Maker comment, post this first:
I built this because the software for a solo practice kept asking the doctor to become the integration layer.
A consultation should end in a prescription and an invoice without opening three other tools. The practice should still run if the connection drops. And a one-doctor clinic should not be on a subscription that assumes hospital budgets.
V2 is that workflow on Windows 10/11: patients, SOAP notes, A5 prescriptions, appointments, billing, expenses, and profit. Data stays on the machine. $799 once for one PC. The two-PC license adds inventory for a doctor and a secretary.
If you run a private practice, I want the ugly version of your current stack. What still lives in paper, WhatsApp, or Excel after you bought an EMR?

The split we kept seeing: record, schedule, bill, and profit in different places.
One visit, one workflow: note, prescription, invoice.
The practice still runs when the internet does not.
Revenue, expenses, and profit without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
