Good candidates get rejected every day before a human ever sees their resume.
Not because they're unqualified.
Not because they lack experience.
But because their resume isn't optimized for how modern hiring systems work.
We've reviewed thousands of resumes across the UAE, India, and global markets, and the same patterns keep appearing:
• Strong candidates using outdated formats
• Critical keywords missing
• ATS parsing errors
• Resumes written for humans but not screening systems
