Genuinely curious about the "build an entire business by texting" claim — that's bold positioning. We've experimented with text-based workflows for client communication at our B2B services firm and simplicity is addictive right up until you need something slightly complex: a custom payment term, a contract exception. What's the fallback when a text interaction needs to escalate beyond what the system can handle? Is there a graceful handoff or does the user hit a wall?
