Developer have all the cool toys - Cursor, Codex, ClaudeCode. What about the rest of the team?

Developers have all the toys - Cursor, Codex, ClaudeCode. These tools have made us more productive, writing code and iterating over product decisions has never been faster. This however has not translated in the same way to the rest of the team - the product managers, the business analysts, the support engineers, or quality analysts, that have to deal with inferior tools, outdated practices or complicated processes.
We are launching Dawn today - it's a knowledge agent that aims to change that. It talks to your team in Slack, Teams, Telegram, Discord for a start and integrates with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Linear and others. It can autonomously research and answer questions, setup recurring jobs, remember key points, create documents, diagrams and images.

I'm curious though, do you also have this problem? Do you feel like the rest of the team is not as productive as they can be, simply because they do not have access to the best AI tools and have to get by with CoPilot and ChatGPT? What tools do you use to make your live easier?

Dawn - Ask the codebase, not the developers

Dawn gives your team direct answers about your system, grounded in your codebase, infrastructure, and connected tools. Ask questions from Slack, Teams, or Telegram and get answers based on how your system actually works — without routing everything through developers. Connect your GitHub repos, Linear boards, Azure DevOps work items, Trello boards, Jira tickets. Developers have Cursor, Codex and ClaudeCode. Everyone else now has Dawn.
