Hi Product Hunt!

I built DataPilot after spending the last two years deep inside a data team.
I kept seeing the same friction repeatedly:

  • queries were hard to share and maintain across teammates,

  • variable-driven queries were inconsistent,

  • schema understanding (ERD + comments) was fragmented,

  • data checks lived outside daily workflow,

  • scheduling and delivery were spread across too many tools.

DataPilot is my attempt to solve this in one practical workspace.

What it does today:

  • collaborative SQL workspace (comments, history, variables)

  • scheduling and one-shot runs

  • CSV/XLSX export delivery workflows

  • data quality and metric monitoring with alerts

  • secure execution modes (cloud, desktop, on-prem)

  • AI support for schema documentation and query assistance

Workflow automation is currently in active development.

If you try it, I would love direct feedback on what feels useful vs what still feels heavy.
I will be here all day replying to every comment.

Thank you for checking it out.

Quick practical example for anyone evaluating DataPilot:

connect one database, save 3 shared queries, schedule one recurring run, and add one monitor/check.

That gives a realistic view of collaboration + operational reliability in a few minutes.

Happy to answer specific workflow questions.
