I built DadaBase because I believe the world needs more humor. A fresh dad joke every day, a voting system to surface the best ones, and an archive so no joke gets lost. The engineering twist: it uses AI to detect if a joke already exists in the database — because the only thing worse than a bad dad joke is hearing the same one twice. Built with Dart, C#, PostgreSQL + pgvector, so the computer can tell that "I'm hungry" and "Hi Hungry, I'm Dad" are related. Would love your feedback, and your best dad jokes.
