Hi Product Hunt! I'm Vlad, one of the people behind Crumb. We built it because every feedback tool we tried counted votes, and in B2B a vote from a free trial and a request from a customer paying $80k a year look the same. Crumb ties each request to the account behind it and its ARR (synced from HubSpot or Salesforce), so the inbox shows the dollars waiting on each request. A few things that might be useful to know: - Customers send feedback from a widget inside your app, with their account already attached. - You can push a request to Linear, Jira or GitHub as a drafted ticket and follow its status. - When you mark something shipped, the customers who asked through the widget hear back. - It's AGPL-3.0: the whole stack self-hosts from one Docker Compose file.
