What would you expect from a local-first AI workspace?

CrowForge started as an internal tool for our own game studio. Chat was in one place, documents somewhere else, spreadsheets in another tool, prompts were copied manually, and local models were not easy to use in a real production workflow.

I’m curious: what would you want most from a local-first AI workspace? Privacy, local models, better documents, team workflows, prompt management, or something else?
