Organization admins can choose Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude for new AI requests.

📂 Automate proposal intake

Import files from Google Drive or OneDrive, and use folder monitoring to create proposals from new opportunity folders. Set up deadline and status automations for your team.

🏷️ Organize and report

Add shared proposal labels, filter your pipeline, and export proposal reports to CSV.

The latest release also adds step-by-step navigation so it’s easier to see where you are in the proposal workflow.
