Building ConvertFloor, a fast file conversion tool. What features actually matter to users?

Hi everyone 👋

I'm currently building ConvertFloor, a simple web tool focused on fast file conversions without signups or clutter.

The goal is to make common conversions extremely easy and reliable.

Right now the core tools include:

• PDF → Word
• PDF → JPG / PNG
• JPG → PDF
• Rotate PDF
• Delete PDF Pages
• Extract PDF Pages

My focus is:

• very fast processing
• clean UI
• no signup required
• minimal ads
• privacy-first file handling

Before expanding the platform, I'm trying to understand what conversions people actually use most.

Some ideas I'm considering adding:

• OCR for scanned PDFs
• HEIC → JPG
• Background removal
• Document compression
• Video → GIF

For people who regularly use tools like this:

What conversions do you find yourself needing the most?

Also curious about:

• Do you care about privacy / auto-delete files?
• Would you prefer batch conversions?
• What frustrates you about existing converters?
