Doing customer interviews was always a pain for me. Finding the right time to schedule a call with the customer takes weeks. Sometimes I would use something like Google forms and have people fill them out. That's definitely more time efficient. But I always found myself unimpressed by the answers. The answer was either surface level, or user didn't understand the question correctly. If I would be interviewing them, I would ask them follow up questions. So... what if I could replace the form with AI? Then the AI could ask follow-up questions. That's why I'm building EasyAsk.it!
