Context - Record your screen, audio, and location 24/7 for your agents
by•
Context records your screen, audio, and location 24/7 and surfaces that information as an MCP so your AI agents can remember what you’ve seen, said and heard.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Jaiyen, and today my co-founder Caden (@cadenbuild) and I are launching Context, the first product from our company Altora (YC W27).
Every AI agent we use starts from zero. It wasn't at lunch when your friend told you where to eat. It didn't see how you fixed that bug yesterday. It didn't hear what your professor said while you were on your phone. So you keep re-explaining your own life to it.
Context is a free Mac app that records your screen and audio and gives Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Muse and Grok a memory of what you've seen, said and heard, through MCP. You keep using your agents exactly the way you do today. They just know you now.
Things you can ask
• "Check what I did today, see what's still not done, and do it."
• "How did I fix that Xcode error yesterday?"
• "What did my professor say while I was on Reels?"
• "Book the place my friend told me about at lunch."
• "Find the jacket I saw on an Instagram story last night."
On privacy, we keep as little as we can. Your history is stored in the cloud only for cloud sync and the cloud MCP, which is how ChatGPT, Muse and Grok reach it. You can pause it from the menu bar anytime.
Before this we built UBerkEats together, a meal swipe marketplace that hit 600 users in 15 days before Berkeley shut it down. We believe personal AI should help you reach goals you could only imagine, and that starts with understanding the life you've already lived. Context is our first step.
We'd love your honest take
1. Where does it feel like magic?
2. Where does it get your day wrong?
3. What should your agents do with your memory next?
Caden and I are here all day. PS turn the volume on for the video :)

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Caden, the other creator of Context. We've been using context everyday and it's been super helpful creating the app (when it gets a lot of context of things we chat about + show on screen) and a bunch of other things throughout the day. If you have any questions, issues, or feedback, feel free to email us at cadenli2025@gmail.com or jaiyen_shetty@berkeley.edu!
