Hey everyone! 👋 We built ConnecTribe because we kept watching the same thing happen to agencies and small businesses across India: a hot WhatsApp lead comes in on someone's personal phone, there's excitement... and then it just disappears. No pipeline, no follow-up, no record — the deal dies before it even starts. We also noticed every "solution" out there was either a broadcast tool that stops at sending messages, or a generic CRM like Zoho/HubSpot that wasn't built with WhatsApp, GST invoicing, or UPI/Razorpay in mind — let alone priced in ₹ instead of $. So we built ConnecTribe to close that entire gap: WhatsApp inbox → CRM pipeline → AI lead scoring → proposals → GST-compliant invoice → payment, all in one place. Plus social publishing, ads, and project management, so agencies don't need five different subscriptions to run their business. Our approach evolved a lot along the way — we started as just a WhatsApp CRM, but our early users kept asking "can it also do invoicing?" and "can it handle my client's social posts too?" — so we leaned into becoming the single tool that replaces the whole stack, not just one piece of it.
