Conductor has been an in-house tool for quite some time, with over 10,000 tickets logged.
I've been steadily improving the system with features that our team found useful, and it's now at the point where I feel people might find it a useful alternative to their current task management system.
The system is written in Rails and Vue, and runs Postgresql as the database.
