ConcordeApp was inspired by a problem I kept seeing at conferences, expos, trade shows, and global convenings. Thousands of people would gather in one place with the intention of building partnerships, discovering vendors, meeting sponsors, finding opportunities, and growing their networks, but once the event ended, most of the value disappeared. Conversations were lost, exhibitors struggled to capture leads effectively, sponsors had limited visibility into engagement, and attendees often left without meaningful ways to continue the connections they made. I wanted to solve the gap between attendance and lasting engagement. ConcordeApp was built as an event intelligence and community platform designed specifically for event organizers, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and attendees. The goal was to create a single ecosystem where people could not only attend events, but actually navigate, engage, transact, and build relationships before, during, and after the experience. What started as a networking concept evolved into a much broader platform after speaking with event organizers and communities across conferences and global gatherings. We realized the problem was not just event discovery. It was fragmentation. Organizers were using disconnected tools for registration, communication, sponsorship management, vendor coordination, transportation, and attendee engagement. Our approach evolved into building an all in one event ecosystem powered by AI and community driven engagement.
