For the last few years, my team and I have been building Ichi—an AI platform and workforce for the construction industry. We're working with the majority of jurisdictions in the SF Bay Area and many cities across California and a few other states.

A few months ago, I was very excited to start building tools not only for the government side of the counter, but also for applicants. For people and professionals who are actually applying for construction permits and dealing with so many delays, so much complexity, and so much bureaucracy.

While Ichi is helping speed up government reviews, this new set of tools will help applicants. And the first tool we're launching is called commentletter.com.
