Thank you. As the person who set up the SOC2 Compliance Processes at Collato, I am happy to answer this. We used Vanta for setting up our controls and got certified through insight assurance. It has been a game-changer. Privacy and data security are extremely important to us and these certifications are an invaluable way to communicate that to our users.

Hey Vasily, thank you for your support! Of course there is a detailed work done that wouldn't fit a single answer here, but focused mainly on different learning techniques, lot of fine-tuning and optimization on the model while testing for different scenarios and techniques helped the product to be stable. Nevertheless, as always, there are still more optimizations to be done and we will be looking forward to more feedback from community and our users. 🙌
