@muellaire For best semantic search results, it begins with the richness and quality of the content you add to your map! How the semantic search works is that the model develops an understanding of what you're searching for and offers results based on how close the proximity the content's context matches the meaning. It helps a lot when you appropriately use headers :) If you're looking for statuses/assignees/other fields for Jira issues, you can ask that in the search engine too 😉 Internally, we use this to fuse different floating articles together. From user discovery talks, to product concept ideations, different design iterations, engineering tasks and implementation logics. Connections help fuse the perspectives together.

@sebabytes I guess it can be an interesting solution for the sales representatives or for the support team. It could be useful to search for a contact (via email or name/surname) and get all the available info across different platforms where there are records: the Help portal (Freshdesk), the main CRM (Hubspot) , the Customer Success / App tracking tools (https://www.successeve.com/) . Then instead of hoping from tool to tool, you could search all the info with one click.
