We built CoglyAI after working inside call centers and watching managers manually review 2–3% of calls while the other 97% stayed a black box.

Every call is recorded. Almost none of it is analyzed.

So we built the missing layer: automatic transcription + AI analysis on 100% of calls — lead scoring, agent QA, objection detection, sentiment — with a private STT model running on a closed GPU cluster (audio never leaves your environment).

We're starting with Morocco and French-speaking Africa, where Vocalcom is the dominant telephony platform and no existing tool (Gong, Chorus, Aircall) actually fits the market — wrong language, wrong pricing, wrong integrations.
