I asked Codex what it thinks about my coding experience.

Here s the prompt I asked it:
Based on our work so far, what would you assume or infer about my experience as a developer, coder, or software engineer? Give detail for each inference and explain what led you to that conclusion.
Genuinely pleased with the results. It actually does match my experience. For context, the agent knows nothing about me. Only what I've directed it to do.

My Org at Google didn’t ship production code for 3 months

During my time at Google, there was a 3 month period where our entire Org didn't ship any production code.

Yet that was the highest leverage thing we could ve done for the business.

Thank you for the Codeswtch launch yesterday; and a question for AI builders

You all supported our product to finish at #14 for the day. A big thank you to everyone who upvoted, commented, visited us, and gave feedback.
The most valuable part of the launch was not the ranking. It was the conversation.

Codeswtch is built around a problem I ve been seeing more often:

AI tools are making it easier than ever to build the first version of a product. As products grow to more users and revenue, the challenges change.

Software engineering is not disappearing in the age of AI. But the shape of the work is changing.
More turning fast prototypes into reliable products.
