I want to try it but the iOS app keeps crashing when I open it :(

that's weird, but certainly possible. Could you send us an email to with the details, i.e. (iPhone X, iOS 13.2, downloaded the app, tried to authenticate using google as `chris@google.com` and then...)?
Any video component for interview practice or is this focused on the tech screen?

We don't have a video component yet, Alex. I'm curious, are you thinking about the video tutorials or rather an interactive mock interview?
I would lean on the latter. That's more focused on personal vs technical skills (both needed for job winning).

You can earn them by progressing through the courses and spend them on premium features.
