We built an AI Agent Platform that Indian support teams can set up by just... talking to it.
Hey everyone,
Most Customer Service AI tools still make you deal with a flowchart before your bot can answer a single WhatsApp message. We dislike watching non-technical teams getting stuck at that stage, so we built HALO - CM India’s Agentic AI platform for Indian businesses.
The idea behind it is simple: instead of configuring flows, you describe what you need in plain language. HALO will turn that into a working agent. Under the hood, it's a full AI Agent Platform, but you can have a regular conversation without being a geek.
A few things we focused on for the Indian market:
AI Agents for WhatsApp Customer Service - since that's where most Indian customers already are.
Native support for Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali + 67 more languages/accents. A no-brainer given India’s linguistic diversity.
Full traceability - every agent reply is tied back to your own knowledge base. Users do not deal with ambiguous or false answers, presented as genuine, commonly referred to as hallucinations.
One platform for Customer Support Automation across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and more - instead of using five separate tools.
We have positioned HALO less as a chatbot and more as an Enterprise AI Assistant. It plugs into your existing systems and actually takes action (updating records, triggering workflows) rather than just responding mechanically.
Still early days for us on Product Hunt, and a bit curious how it lands with founders here.
Has anyone else tried building Conversational AI for a multilingual market like India? What broke first — the language variation, the integrations, or getting your team to trust an AI agent? Would love to get your candid views.
