ClipScript - Turn TikTok, Reels & Shorts into clean transcripts instantly

I built ClipScript because extracting text from short-form videos was still surprisingly difficult and time-consuming. The goal was to create a simple tool where users could paste a video link and instantly get a clean transcript without complicated workflows. While building it, the project evolved from a TikTok-only idea into a broader short-form transcription platform. The development process also shifted toward optimizing speed and reliability by combining native captions with AI transcription when necessary. The biggest focus became making the experience feel fast, clean, and effortless for users.
