You can capture and annotate a bug report, trim a short instruction clip, or extract Korean/English text locally and save it with context in a Markdown note. CLIPARY is free for Windows 10/11 x64; support is voluntary and changes no features. The three practical tutorials linked on our website show real app screens and short English visual guides.
