ClientPulse - The call ends. The story continues.

ClientPulse sends a bot to your Meet, Teams or Zoom client calls. Opus 5 turns the transcript into signals (complaints, commitments, risks, wins), each backed by a verbatim quote. Then ask Sonnet 4.6 what to do next. You confirm what counts.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built ClientPulse because the most important things clients tell us are said out loud in calls, and then they disappear into notes nobody rereads. Here's how it works: • Join: paste a Meet, Teams or Zoom link and a bot named ClientPulse joins, with a recording notice on its video and in the chat. • Report: Opus 5 turns the transcript into signals (complaints, commitments, intentions to cancel, wins), each tied to the client's exact words. Nothing counts until you confirm it. • Ask: chat with Sonnet 4.6 about the meeting ("What should I prioritise before the renewal?"). Every quote it cites is checked against the transcript. • Follow: an explainable account health index. Every point maps to a rule and a source. It's a heuristic you can audit, not a churn prediction. Privacy was a design constraint from day one: consent is declared before recording, the recording is deleted at our capture provider after import, and you can erase any source together with everything derived from it. I'd love your feedback, especially from customer success and account management teams. What would you ask your last client call?
