ClientOS - The self-hosted client portal your agency owns
by•
ClientOS is a self-hosted client portal and agency admin. Sell services, take payments, run orders, invoice and support clients on your own server, under your own brand, with your clients’ data never leaving it.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Robin from VibeMonk.
We built ClientOS because agencies selling productized services were renting the system their whole business runs on: monthly plans that grow with seats, client data on someone else's servers, and the vendor's name in places clients see.
ClientOS is a client portal you install on your own Linux server with one command. Clients order from a service page on your domain, pay through your own Stripe, PayPal or crypto gateway, fill in their brief, approve deliveries or ask for revisions, and get invoiced, all under your brand. Clients, orders, invoices and files live in your own PostgreSQL database; the only thing it sends us is a license check-in (license and version) twice a day.
It's for design, dev, marketing, SEO, video and consulting teams that sell defined services, and especially anyone weighing Wayfront (formerly SPP) or similar hosted portals.
What it isn't: it's not open source (you get verified Docker images and an installer), and the interface is English only, though you can rename client-facing words. Pricing is a one-time license with no per-seat fees.
There's a read-only live demo with sample data: enter your email and you get a 3-day login, no card. I'd really value your feedback on what's missing for your agency, and on the self-hosting setup.
