After installing OpenClaw, I kept reading about how people set up agents, teams of agents — all really cool stories. But when I tried to do it myself? Nobody could give enough info to quickly stand up a real working team. Sure, you can spin up agents fast… but then you realize:

❌ They don't work together
❌ They don't share context
❌ There's no automation for assigning tasks
❌ No way for the team to pick up work and run with it
